Someone already asked, but I will repeat and add one more question to it:
How often and how long do you do this? Can it be combined with any other food or should it be eaten on its own? Since the chemistry and emulsification of the mixture seems to be important, my guess is that it should be eaten without anything else. Thanks in advance for any response.
